Sandwich to fall in love with    

Wholemeal bread, fruits of the season, iceberg lettuce and yoghurt              Good for  one serving


Sandwich
Preparation: 5 minutes    
Ingredients
 1 Orange,   peeled      80 g
 1 Apple,      peeled      80 g
 2 Slices   bread         100 g
    Iceberg lettuce          20 g
    yoghurt, 0,1% fat       20 g
   


 Peel orange and apple  and cut them in slices. Place them on the bread together with the iceberg lettuce.
 
 
Add low-fat yoghurt. Look for
0,1% fat yoghurt

 
Iceberg lettuce and yoghurt
Iceberg lettuce and yoghurt are excellent in combined with apple, orange, tomato.
The yoghurt displaces any fatty dressings.

DON'T USE DRESSINGS
Avoid any dressings like Thousand Island, Miracel Whip Dip. They all contain, at their best, 24% oil which  summes up to your fat tissue on belly and hips.

USE
Use yoghurt. It comes with  o.1% of fat.
If you like it hot, use fresh spices, peperoni, garlic or chilly.
