| Peel orange and apple and cut them in slices. Place them on the bread together with the iceberg lettuce. | |

| Iceberg lettuce and yoghurt Iceberg lettuce and yoghurt are excellent in combined with apple, orange, tomato. The yoghurt displaces any fatty dressings. DON'T USE DRESSINGS Avoid any dressings like Thousand Island, Miracel Whip Dip. They all contain, at their best, 24% oil which summes up to your fat tissue on belly and hips. USE Use yoghurt.
