Buying ingredients: Watch the nutrition facts on the label. Choose ingredients with no fat added or those brands with the lowest fat content you may find. Fat clogs your arteries. Faty foods and reduced exercise are the main reason of overweight.
Servings: All recipes are for one serving. Just multiply the amounts by the number of servings you want.

Spare your time and money
Time: Singles, people in work and those who do not want to miss the late TV evening show cannot spend much time in the kitchen. All healthy recipes do not need more than 15 minutes.
Availability of ingredients: Use frozen vegetable and other basic foods. You may use the necessary amount of the different ingredients and return the rest back to the chest freezer.
Use fresh fruits. Most of them have a good shelf life.
Frozen spare servings: Some menus are best for 5 servings. and can be frozen, so you can use the servings whenever your out of time. It spare energy and work. Cooked rice portioned as menus is best suited for freezing. It can be thawed in five minutes in your microwave oven.
